 At ColourFields we focus on 2 dimensions of leadership. First of all, we look at your personal leadership. How do you get more control over your behaviour, your choices and the context of your work? By looking into this and appreciating what works, you are able to steer the wheel towards your goals.

We also look at your leadership in relation to others. This may be in relation to your team for example, the community to which you belong, or to your customers. It is all about gaining insight into your behaviour, beliefs and patterns during interaction and in collaboration with others. We look for effective behaviours, so that you can achieve great things together with the people around you.

Leadership focuses on managing as well as coaching people. In addition, it is important to investigate how you can motivate and inspire others even more with your vision, ideas and behaviour. Our focus is on the compass of trust instead of control. Giving the people the autonomy to excel, while investing in the connection between you and the other. This  will generate more impact, leaving you the time and energy to focus on longer-term goals.

Leadership development is not a quick fix. It requires reflection, time, trial & error and being vulnerable. If you dare to lead in an authentic way, and in true connection with others, you will reach far.
